Harris teamed up with Kenilworth resident and West Point graduate Donna Calk to start a group fitness class for women incorporating all of Harris' favorite training techniques. The result is a fun, challenging class designed to push participants to their physical limits while maintaining a team atmosphere.

Boot Camp and Yoga

This fun yoga and kettlebell boot camp whipped booties into shape and reduced stress! The 75-minute boot camp class included kettlebell workouts, functional movements, as well as plyometrics, running, stair-climbing and other heart-raising, fat-burning calisthenics to help clients reach their goals. Each class concluded with stress-reducing meditation and yoga to increase flexibility, induce muscle recovery, and provide participants with a sense of calm and relaxation before leaving the studio.
The 4-week Indigo Challenge included 12 classes, body fat testing pre- and post-Challenge, and a referral to our preferred dietitian for a free consultation.
